The demand for an influx of new hires is a move motivated by the pandemic according to Frank Recruitment Group’s, President of Americas, Rowan O’Grady. He said: “I am thrilled to announce the expansion of our U.S teams. The past two years have been amazing for the cloud tech industry, with it evolving at exponential speed because of the pandemic and the widespread introduction of remote working back in 2020. Now that people have seen what tech is capable of and its importance in their IT strategy, it’s more important than ever for businesses to have the right tech professionals on board, that can diagnose, understand, and solve any tech issues. But also that companies for who cloud tech is completely new to have the experts available to them to help carry out migrations to get them up to speed with everyone else.”

He further explained: “Expanding our teams in office locations that are already renowned for being tech hubs and where the demand for professionals is so high will mean we can provide even more organizations with the talent they need, while helping more professionals land their dream jobs. It’s what we’re passionate about, and as world leaders in the cloud tech recruitment space, it’s what we’re good at doing. So, I’m really excited to begin the hiring process, have some great new Account Executives join us and to continue our legacy in the U.S.”

All new Account Executives, no matter their experience when joining, will benefit from a range of benefits, including but not limited to:

  • Quick career progression
  • Fast-tracking to management
  • Working with some of the world’s fastest-growing cloud tech companies from day 1
  • Being part of a private equity-backed business with a huge investment
  • Flexible working (dependent on the location and experience)
  • And plenty more!

On how this mass hiring could help close the digital skills gap, Nik Harvey, Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Frank Recruitment Group, said: “
The pandemic has placed enormous pressure on the tech industry to deliver the products and services businesses need to survive and get back up to where they were pre-Covid. And as we’ve seen technology evolve quicker than we ever could have imagined during this time, demand for professionals that understand this technology has followed suit.”

He added: “We are now faced with a digital skills gap that is on the brink of a crisis, and the only way to fill this is to hire the right people who not only have the technical skills to deal with the newer and more widespread programs, but who also have the personal and professional skills businesses need—and that’s where our Sales teams come in and bridge the gap.”
