Frank Foundation
The Frank Foundation is an employee-driven initiative that supports the charitable causes our staff are most passionate about.
This Foundation encourages a proactive and inclusive workplace. Our employee-led groups arrange awareness events and fundraising activities throughout the year to support various causes – from animals, children and youth services, education, and the environment, to human rights, international aid, and the local community.

St. Martin's School in Kenya
We recognize that education, skills, and infrastructure are the most important ways to create sustainability and support future talent.
That’s why we’re proud to support St. Martin’s School in Kenya. Located in Kibagare, one of the poorest slums in Nairobi, the school provides a safe environment where children can play, learn, and receive regular meals, allowing them to excel and build a brighter future.
Our visits to Kenya have seen pupils benefit from resume workshops and 1-2-1 coaching, and we have also organized volunteering trips to help with the maintenance of the school and set up vital IT hardware.
