Frank Recruitment Group Nominated for E-Skills Initiative of the Year

2017 was a fantastic year for the Frank Recruitment Group, and 2018 is off to a great start as well! This month, we were announced as one of the finalists for E-Skills Initiative of the Year at the Women in IT Awards which will be taking place 31 January at the Grosvenor House in London. We have been shortlisted for our Nigel Frank International brand and their excellent work on the Diversity in Dynamics initiative which launched last Fall.

The Diversity in Dynamics project was created as a stepping stone for female IT experts to find promising and lucrative work in the technology industry, an industry that is widely known for its gender imbalance. The E-Skills Initiative of the Year was created by the event organizers to honor organizations and companies that assist women with technology-expertise return to work in the IT field with fruitful and promising careers.

To top off the nomination, Frank Recruitment Group has also agreed to become the Official Recruitment Partner of the Women in IT Awards. Zoë Morris, the Chief Operating Officer at the Frank Recruitment Group, said: “The Women in IT Awards are vital to continuing the dialogue of gender equality in a fast-growing IT industry. We are incredibly honored to partner with such an important event that will ultimately shape the future for women leading the way in information technology.”
