Customer Success Day: Honoring a Member of the FRG Family

At Frank Recruitment Group, we pride ourselves on our culture and the sense of community enjoyed by our employees across teams, offices, and even countries. Our family spirit is one of the most-loved aspects of our company, which is why we were all deeply saddened to hear about the passing of one of our employees in New York, who died suddenly earlier this month.

As a recent joiner to Frank Recruitment Group, we were delighted for the employee* to join our US Strategic Alliances department. We were excited about what he could bring to Frank Recruitment Group and looked forward to seeing his expertise in practice. Sadly after just weeks as a member of the FRG family, he passed away unexpectedly at home in his sleep.

To honor his memory, we decided to host a Customer Success Day, asking all our employees to step into his shoes and practice his passion for impeccable customer service, while also raising funds for a cause close to his heart. We were delighted to see our teams honor the employee’s memory and do him proud with a day of hard work and generous fundraising. Congratulations to our US offices, who collectively raised over $1,000 for the Wardlaw & Hartridge School in New Jersey, and thank you for honoring one of our own so respectfully.

Our condolences go out to the employee’s family and friends for their loss. We continue to hold him in our thoughts and have all learned a little something from the passion for premium customer service that he demonstrated during his short time as a valued member of the FRG family.
Please reach out to the Employee Engagement team for further information on our Employee Assistance Programs and grief advice.

* We are respecting the family’s wishes that the late employee remains anonymous and are therefore omitting his name from all public communication.
